General Qualifications, Skills, and Responsibilities
We are continually seeking passionate highly skilled and experienced advisors to work with clients in key Strategy Consulting, Outsourcing Consulting, and Program & Project Management areas.
Novus Origo welcomes candidates who have:
- Experience in one or more of the following areas; Strategy Consulting, Outsourcing Consulting, and Program & Project Management.
- Related experience in one or more of the following areas; Business Process Re-engineering, Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Alternative Service Delivery Models (Outsourcing, Offshoring, Shared Services), Service Transition, Mergers & Acquisitions, Service Delivery Operations, Change Management, Performance Management, and Vendor Management.
- Related experience as an outsourcing buyer, supplier and/or third-party advisor.
- Demonstrated strong client-centric consulting skills, with an emphasis on real world, practical problem solving.
- Proven ability to lead, internal and external organizations through the; analysis, implementation, and stabilization of complex projects, transitions, & transformations.
- The skills to work both independently, and in teams, to deliver solutions at both the strategic and detailed task level.
- Advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
- An undergraduate degree (required) and a relevant graduate degree (preferred).
