Contract Instructor & Coach:

Description:
Novus Origo is seeking professional instructors, coaches, and mentors to deliver our training curriculum of over 200 critical soft skills training in the areas of; leadership skills, management skills, communications skills, professional skills, Microsoft Skills, and other related courses. This position can be a virtual role for the right candidate.

Required Skills:
– Must have a BS or BA degree or higher
– Previous instructor/coaching experience highly desirable.

Additional Skills:
– Experienced and comfortable delivering training utilizing various training delivery methods such as; Platform & Webinar Based training.
– Ability to interact with students and manage expectations as needed  Successful work experience in a corporate environment as a non-instructor highly desirable.
– Ability to travel for work on client sites as may be required.
– Professional demeanor with a great attitude, sense of humor and creativity.
– Demonstrate a high degree of drive and determination.
– Demonstrate a willingness to work hard to achieve the highest quality results.
– Adaptive and flexible.
– Ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision.

Description:
Novus Origo is seeking is seeking a Sales Representative with a successful track record selling Training Services and Solutions. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and executing the key capture strategies required to successfully identify & secure new training services opportunities. This position can be a virtual role for the right candidate.

Required Skills:
To be considered for this position, candidates “MUST HAVE” at least 2+ years of proven sales success selling Training Services and Solutions, and minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

– Both Inside and Outside sales experience.
– A “Hunter” based mentality, with a “proven” ability to research, seek out and develop new business opportunities. New client development will be a major portion of the position.
– The ability to develop, implement, and manage a sales strategy, pipeline, and account management plan.
– Perform business development activities, including developing and maintaining relationship building with decision makers.
– Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and deliver training solutions.

Description:
Novus Origo is seeking a talented Change Management Consultant with a successful track record in Change Management & Organizational Transformation. In this role the Change Management Consultant will be responsible for the analysis, development, and implementation of Organizational Change Management processes for Human Resources Outsourcing initiatives for client organizations. This position can be a virtual role for the right candidate.

Required Skills:
To be considered for this position, candidates “MUST HAVE” at least 4+ years of proven success delivering Organizational Transformation and Change Management Solutions, and minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

– Strong client-centric consulting skills, with an emphasis on real world, practical problem solving.
– Ability to direct and manage all aspects of a Change Management project.
– Ability to assist in estimating & defining project scope, goals, staffing, plans, deliverables, and the development of communication plans & documents.
– Ability to identify, document, and communicate Change Management requirements, issues and conflicts as needed.
– Ability to identify and document Change Management dependencies and critical paths.
– Ability to lead & coach internal and external organizations through the analysis and implementation of complex projects and/or transformations.
– Demonstrate a knowledge of the key skills to work both independently and in teams to properly deliver project based solutions at both the strategic and detailed task level.
– The expertise to develop service level requirements using Novus Origo’s methodology.
